Feud Fuels Bill O'Reilly's Blasts at GE »

But the attacks grow out of feud between O'Reilly and GE's subsidiary, NBC. According to sources, Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes warned that if Olbermann didn't stop such attacks against Fox, he would unleash O'Reilly and the New York Post against NBC.

This billy O idiot is a pompous ass!The right of this country has suck the life out of the terrorist card. I wonder if they were told the story of the boy who cried wolf? People are not buying it, also i cant see a defender of halliburton going after GE, ask yourself which of these two companies has done more harm to this nation? It's strange to me that people can watch Billy O and take him seriously. First off he sucks as a news man and you can tell that he is being untrue. He just plain old sucks!

Before Ronnie Reagan was even President, he cut the Iran-Contra deal with the Iranians appeasing with armaments they wanted in return for keeping the US Embasy personel hostage till Reagan defeated Jimmy Carter. This is the mindset of the current RepugniCon party. Do you seriously think that if their terrerist [sic] card stops working, they won't allow or even facilitate a new terror strike on American soil to cement another great victory?
They have thrown away over 4,000 American lives in a pointless Iraq invasion that only benefited Iran and made America less safe. And they still insist on more of the same. They have no concern for cannon fodder. They care ONLY about wealth and power.

There is an old saying in media battles. Never attack a man in print when he buys Ink by the barrel.
Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch should consider a corollary to that rule. Never call a man out for a fight when you shoot ink and he works for one of the world's largest defense contractors.

******Disclaimer Alert*******I frequently watch Countdown with Olbermann and have NEVER watched a full episode of O'Reilly. That being said.......

I have, on occasion, seen Olbermann make a correction, apologize for an inappropriate comment, AND retract misinformation.
On the other hand, I've seen youtube clips where O'Reilly has lied, defended those lies, re-written transcripts to MANIPULATE those lies and continue to stand on a position that he has been shown to be inaccurate and incorrect.
Say, are we REALLY sure that Bill O'Reilly and President Bush are NOT the same person? O'Reilly's action kind of sound a lot like those of GWB before the war in Iraq and in justifying keeping us there.

Who is the father of neoconservatism? Where do his diciples practice their art? Who funds the right wing think tanks where O'reily and Bush and Cheney and Lamebaugh get their material? Who used 911 as an excuse to destroy Iraq?
Who is Murdock, and what does he want?
Who profits from the controversy and war between the cons and libs? Who benifits from the war in Iraq, besides the Saudi Arabs who planned, financed and executed 911?

Orally is a blow hard. Not man enough to admit his mistakes. Has a real problem with the truth.
Olbermann is intelligent, has a good vocabulary and a real sense of history. He admits his mistakes and has a real problem with the lack of truth in others. Very intolerant of that sort of thing.
And the feud goes on. Olbermann should leave poor Orally allow. It's not fair to fight an unarmed (read that as "ignorant") man when you have such an awesome arsenal yourself.
