Good, the longer Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert stay off the air, we'll all be richer for it.

It's amazing how quickly these pompous, overpaid Hollywood hacks could be completely replaced. All it would take would be two or three major studios banding together and proclaiming that they are no longer signatories to the unions, and they will find their own talent.
The unions would be run out of town, and these hacks would either have to improve their writing skills to compete with the talented non-union writers, or go flip burgers. No more do-nothing unions propping up mediocrity might make for better television and movies.
I'd say that would be a win-win situation for everyone!
